These are some of our most frequently asked questions.

Which Thermomix® does this work with?

The TM7, TM6, TM5 and TM31. You pick yours once and every recipe after that is written for it.

Do I need a Cookidoo® subscription?

Yes. Saving your own recipes is a paid Cookidoo® feature, so you will need an active plan for the recipe to land in your account.

What kinds of recipes can I convert?

Any recipe that has ingredients and steps. Copy it from a website, photograph a page from a cookbook, or type out the card someone in your family wrote. Messy is fine.

What if it gets something wrong?

You see everything before it goes anywhere. Every time, temperature, speed and ingredient can be changed, and nothing is sent until you press send.

Is my Cookidoo® password safe?

Yes. We never see it, and we could not if we wanted to. The part that does the sending runs inside your own browser, using the login you are already signed in with, so your password never reaches us. There is nothing on our side to lose.

Do you keep my recipes?

No. Your recipes are not stored on our servers.

Can I use it on my phone or tablet?

Not yet. chopr works in Chrome and Edge on a Mac or PC.
